What Is FitLife?
Real strength, real balance—
built for real life.
FitLife was created out of my
own journey.
I’m Brit—a mom of four who has
been through just about every version of weight management out there. I wasn’t always the athletic one or the person with all the answers. Like many, I tried low carb, low calorie, Atkins—always chasing quick fixes that never quite worked.
After getting married in 2013 and having four kids by 2020, I reached 275 pounds. That was my turning point. I leaned into what I’d learned earning my degree in Leadership & Development back in 2014, and later through my personal training and nutrition certifications. Through heavy lifting, balanced nutrition, and mindset work, I lost 100 pounds and kept it off.
That experience shaped what FitLife stands for: clarity, balance, and building strength that lasts—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
At FitLife, we believe in nurturing the whole self: mind, body, and spirit. Strength isn’t just about looks—it’s about living fully, moving with purpose, and feeling confident in your routine. As a mom and community-centered person, I know the value of methods that fit real life, not just fitness trends.
That’s what FitLife is all about. Strength with purpose. Habits that last. Balance that feels like your own.
Our Values
Gains aren't just for
the mirror. The way you train should empower your daily life, helping you
live better, move easier, and achieve what matters most to you.
True strength means
nurturing every part of your body, mind, and spirit. To care for your physical health, you must also feed your emotional and mental well-being.
We focus on real,
proven methods not
internet trends.
Your progress is guided
by solid principles of
strength, nutrition, and
mindset, not by what's
popular today.
Fitness should enhance your life, not disrupt it. The habits you create need to be sustainable in
the long term something you can stick to years to come.
“A healthy outside starts from the inside. ”
